Hey everyone,
Great news. I just got off the phone with my attorney and he informed me that the judge has decided to grant my Order to Release Pending Appeal. The appeal should take anywhere from 1 year to 18 months before it is heard. This means that I am a free person for at least a year. I may not even have to go if I we win the appeal. I am still under all of the same rules and conditions that I was before. But this is still great news considering I was due to surrender myself to prison on Monday. Thank you all for your support.

Glad to hear it, buddy. When I tried that one they denied it and just expedited the appeal process. Sorry to hear this whole thing’s gonna drag on another year though.
